Open your home and heart to an individual with a disability. As a Host Home Caregiver, you provide a stable, family-like environment while supporting daily routines, community integration, and personal growth. We offer full training, ongoing support, and competitive compensation.
What we're looking for:
Caregiving heart and a safe home environment. Experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus but not required — we train. Background checks required. Must be 21+ and have a valid Iowa driver's license.
Compensation: $40,000–55,000 + room/board stipend
Work one-on-one with individuals we serve, helping them build life skills, access community resources, and pursue personal goals. Flexible scheduling with day, evening, and weekend options.
What we're looking for:
High school diploma/GED. Reliable transportation. CNA or prior DSP experience preferred. CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained after hire). Passion for person-centered care.
Compensation: $18–22/hr depending on experience
